Every year, OC Family magazine sets out to find the best, brightest, most accomplished students in the region. They look for K-12 students who excel in anything from academics to the arts, athletics to altruism. Mrs. Krista Gallegos, Eldorado Emerson high school teacher, nominated her student Elliott Kim, and he was selected as one of Orange County's Shining Students!
